Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate daily scheduling of technicians, manage work orders, and ensure efficient service delivery. The Dispatcher is the communication hub between customers and service technicians, playing a vital role in customer satisfaction and company success.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to service calls and installations
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments, updates, and follow-ups
- Manage technician availability and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency
- Enter, track, and update work orders in service management software
- Support technicians with job details, parts coordination, and documentation
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of service calls
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Dispatcher (HVAC or related industry preferred)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Strong customer service mindset and phone etiquette
- Proficiency with dispatching or service management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Compensation
💰 $22 – $26 per hour, based on experience and industry knowledge.
